Scholar speaks on a new style of National development

Henry Eyo is  known motivational speaker who postulates theory on how to change things around, he is a graduate of Gas Engineering from the university of porthacourt has this to say: “there has to be a paradigm shift What i mean is let's forget placing emphasis on paper qualification but on proficiency” he was speaking in an interview with our correspondent this afternoon on ways in which the educational sector could be improved.
This theory is a multi-faced approach because it eradicates a lot of problem in the society and keeps it clean and free from tension.
This notion could be adopted because if you look at Nigeria today more emphasis is not paid on achievements, talents have been left to die, assuming we start recognizing crafts and skills in our society then most  good would be produced and the government would earn more in terms of Gross Domestic Product , there would be employment for all and above all there would be reduction in poor graduate output  because those persons whose mental capability cannot reach the university demands would settle for craft and as such the tension in the nation would be relaxed
